We do not accept returns or refund unless the item you purchased is defective and the tag is not removed. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect. You must send us the item you consider defective within 2 days of its delivery to the address that we will provide you in the e-mail.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 2 days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price after deduction of tax and shipping fees, using the original method of payment.
